Mixed bag last week but the main bet won. Here are this week's beauties. Lots of value to be had this week methinks. Bet of the WeekendSunderland to beat Bolton@ 5/4Sunderland are unbeaten at home and Bolton, despite their lofty position have only won twice away from home. Sunderland have beaten Villa, Stoke and City at the Stadium of light as well as earning draws against Arsenal, Everton and United. Bolton's only wins away from home have come against second bottom club Wolves (clinging on at the end) and bottom club West Ham on the opening day of the season. They've looked less than convincing for a few week's now, last week's win was stodgy and rather fortunate, the week before they were battered by City and before that Blackpool went two goals ahead. Bolton had a great start to the season but is their lack of quality beginning to show? I suspect it might be! From top to bottom Sunderland possess the greater quality and CAN NOT be opposed this saturday. Lower leagues, not betting big on these this week but might have a small accumulator Portsmouth, Cardiff, Leeds, Brighton, Bury, Gillingham, Bradford and Cheltenham. One of them has to come in sometime. Awesome tipping from the maestro. Sunderland won comfortably and my winning streak is extended. Also a cheeky tip for Leeds against table toppers QPR shows my expertise is not confined to the highest division. Stick with me folks, for a profitable 2011.

I don't normally put that much on, just that (a) i was pretty confident and (b) received my funding this week.

Here it is sopay people, the post you've all been waiting for.
BET OF THE WEEKEND[/U]
Wolves to beat Wigan @ 15/13
Two awful teams who are rightfully in the relegation zone. Wigan have won only once in the league since the 2nd of October and only once away from home all season... and THAT was a freak result against Spurs.
Wolves, obviously, do not have a much better record but have been unlucky in several matches (notably against united) and in Jarvis, Hahnmehan, Hunt, Foley and Doyle have quality which Wigan don't.
Wolves have beaten City and Sunderland at home and Wigan are nowhere near that good.
This should be a routine victory for the men in gold.
Next Best[/u]
Lay Liverpool against Blackpool[/u]
Merseyside's second team are a puzzling 4/6 to beat Blackpool. the one layer of genuine quality they have didn't look interested in August, and it's unlikley that the sub zero temperatures and perishing Nort Sea wind is likley to boost the enthusiasm of the feminine looking Spaniard.
Blackpool have been producing surprises all season and I've finally jumped on the band wagon!
It's certainly difficult to justify a price that low for a team as poor as Liverpool.
Everton to beat Birmingham @ 4/6
Finally got a settled side and will have a very strong looking bench with the return of Arteta so should be able to change things if the midlanders confirm expectations and pack the midfield.
The price is fair. Put £60 of your xmas money on the mighty blues and get £100 back. Luvvly jubbly.
Manchester City to beat Newcastle @ 5/4
This is another strong fancy. The magpies have a far from awesome home record, losing to Blackpool, Black burn and Stoke, as well as failing to beat Wigan and Fulham.
It's also not so long a go that they were torn apart by Bolton (admittedly they were massively understrength for that game)
City, on the other hand, battered Everton on Monday night and were unlucky not to get something and it's hard to see Krul, Campbell and Taylor et al proving to be as sturdy as the Everton defence.
Can't really find any value anywhere else. Possibly laying United against Sunderland and then backing them later in the game.
Sunderland have a very good defensive record and can gold out until half time at least.
Merry Christmas eveyone!!!!

Wellbeck can't play and their missing lots of defenders otherwise i would have put a little bit on S/land too
Blackburn have Phil Jones out and Samba unsettled, missing Roberts too i think, really think Stoke will win it and the price is really good too
Really want to back Spurs but Villa are good at home and Spurs have a history of letting you down.
confident about Brum not winning (and more than likely losing, *olnly doubts are that even after two goals against Citeh everton are like Brum where you're not exactly sure where the goals are gonna come from and the value isn't that great)

Here what you're saying about the Sunderland game, i won't be betting on this game anyway.
Stoke are just a team i can't back away from home, the tight Victoria ground (whatever) helps them a lot, away from home and they just aren't as threatening.
That said Blackburn aren't a great price either!
All imo! And that's what betting is about, innit?
GOOD LUCK ANYWAY!

Should've stuck to your guns.
Didn't back Wolves in the end when i realised they were missing jarvis, doyle, mancienne, henry, craddock and jones.
EAsy victory for City and my excellent run continues.
Stay tuned for more excellent tips in the near future.

i've had a fairly profitable day (and waiting on Spurs if they hold out), wish i had put more on stoke and done more straight wins on them rather than Draw-No-Bets accumulator
games getting called off is really doing my head in, shouldn't tell people this but i'm actually gambling on my life, i want to be a grand or two better off by mid January (hence lots of accumulators and few big single wins) otherwise to be honest i'm calling it a day
